
What consists of a “Breakfast for Champions”? Maybe a balanced meal? Does it consist of a combination of lean proteins, simple sugars like a glass of orange juice, and complex carbs to start your day? How about a bowl of Wheaties? Or how about a bowl of Steel Cut Oats, a bowl of fruit and a bowl full of hard boiled eggs only eating the white stuff. For the others who don’t live in My World it just might be just that…
Because in My World… Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner consist of Nutella. A whole lot of it! This food source from the heavens rivals only the milk of a flying Unicorn. I’ll bet that lady sold her soul to the devil along with those 3 wishes from Aladdin’s lamp to get her hands on that tub of Hazelnut-Chocolatey goodness. I’ve killed for less.
That perfect blend of Hazelnut and Chocolate combined with a slice or two of toast meets all my nutritional needs. You have your proteins from the Hazelnut, Anti-oxidants from the chocolate, fiber from the toast, and some simple sugars from the glass of Orange Juice I forgot to mention earlier. And since I never read the labels on these things, I’ll consider this meal to equal ZERO calories.
